for Mental Health and Neurological disorders

Maze Interactive Health

Maze Interactive Health specialises in developing unique and interactive solutions to enhance treatment within psychotherapy and neurological disorders. Our mission is to help evolve interactive therapeutic services, creating better quality, safer, and more personalised care for a wide range of people.

Impact - Our Positive Pillars

The five Pillars: 5 distinct multidisciplinary frameworks for classifying participants' interaction with mental well-being technologies.

We view our Interactive Platform as a design service (the tech, the focus and the interest we aim for from participants). Therefore our work is modelled on this to understand the well-being and positive impact our solution can bring. The types of impact we hope to achieve are echo middle pillar.

Healthcare Services

We offer a modular approach to enhance inpatient and outpatient therapeutic care, with novel designs and unique outputs that integrate into existing clinical processes and systems.

Virtual environments combined with real world elements created specifically for each area of Mental Health. A solution that ensures the experience is not an abstract of reality, yet helps the patient control and offset fear.

We utilise Augmented Reality so patients can interact with virtual objects that represent cognitive distortions or thought patterns, and practise reshaping them visually.

The use of intelligent machine learning therapy for ongoing self reflection, practise and to increase confidence. Personal therapy plans based on individual progress, trends and adapted over time.

Our solutions are created with scalability and flexibility in mind. We are committed to working with stakeholders to ensure ongoing improvements are at the forefront of what we do. To help as many people as possible, now, and for many years to come.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Mixed Reality (MR)?

MR is a combination of AR and Virtual Reality (VR) that allows users to interact with both real and virtual environments.

How can AR/MR enhance therapeutic care?

Patients venture into a pre-built, safe from harm, simulated environment that is tailored to the type of trauma they experience. It allows both parties to isolate triggers, build up resistance and reduce future attacks of stress.

How does the system scale for multiple therapists and patients?

Our solutions are always created with scalability (to add more users) and flexibility (to add in more facets of Mental Health).

What role does AI play in your mental health solutions?

  • Adaptive therapy allows patients to continue with their therapy in everyday life.
  • Create personalised therapy plans and tailor therapy modules dynamically.
  • The AI can recommend activities based on individual progress and mood trends.
  • Responses adapt over time based on patient interaction and data.
  • The AI will provide context-sensitive answers, drawing on evidence-based therapy models (e.g., CBT, SUDS).

What is the evidence base for AR/MR-enhanced therapy?

While we have undergone our own clinical trials (available on request), there are many public papers on published on the benefits:
